Select a single polygon and then execute this plugin (Tools tab/Custom dropdown). The result is all polygons which come into direct contact with the selected polygon will be selected, and their alignment flipped (if necessary) so that they all face the same "direction". This progresses until there are no more poly's in direct contact with any of the currently selected poly's.
